Today was the end of my 6 week A.C.E. class at my gym. The only measurement I don't have yet is body fat and I will have that on Saturday. But, I had to share my results!

No News is Good News

Wow most of the time when I disappear from my blog, forums, facebook, etc it is because I am eating whatever my heart desires and not even thinking about working out! Not this time though!!!

If you did not see the ending stats from my 10 week program at my gym take a look. The week after that ended I started a 6 week program called A.C.E. I have not looked back since then. I am waiting until the end of the 6 weeks to measure. Last week I had to buy new jeans, a size 8!!! And this morning I was able to wear a pair of jeans that I bought more than a year ago and never wore.

Anyway my point is I may not be managing my time well enough to post, but I am staying the course with workouts and eating.

Stuck to my meal plan again yesterday and I was down 1 pound for my weekly weigh-in. Our trainer called today's workout The Filthy Fifty. I am sure I will be feeling this tomorrow. I also played an hour of tennis after that :O

Workout:
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 Box jumps
  • 50 Kettle bell swings 15lb dumbbell
  • 50 Push Press 15lb barbell
  • 50 Ball slams 10lb medicine ball
  • 50 Wall balls 6lb medicine ball
  • 50 Sit ups
  • 50 Burpie (I only managed 35)
  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Lunges each leg
  • 55 minutes

My legs are still sore from Saturday's workout.  I ate clean yesterday.  Planning really is the key to success!  I am going to play some tennis today and hopefully shop for Thanksgiving dinner.  My little man is off of school this week.  We may try and see Bolt sometime this week.  I am trying not to feel overwhelmed by the holidays and just live in the now.

 So here is my meal plan for today :-)

  • M1 Whipped Banana Oatmeal and 4 egg whites
  • M2 Honey Crisp apple and almonds
  • M3 Grilled chicken wrap with hummus and red bell pepper
  • M4 Shredded Chipolte Chicken with black beans and brown rice
  • M5 Vanilla Power Pudding (yogurt, vanilla protein powder)
  • 1,683 25/42/33
