What have I got myself into?

Today I started a 6 week program at my gym.  Here is a blurb about the program.

Strong ACE - Advanced Crosstraining Experience!
Advance Crosstraining Experience - Are you ready for more?! This is a 6 week program meeting 3 times a week. Groups will be limited to 6 people per group.

I show up at 9am to a room of 7 fitness competitor material women.  I should have left right then and there.  Our trainer says this will be our initiation workout, he wants to see what we have.  He wants us to run a mile, do 100 push ups, 200 sit ups (not crunches), 300 squats and then run another mile.  This is a joke right! No wait, he is serious!!! 

So off we head to the parking lot with me at the back of the pack.  I stayed that there and was on lapped by one person.  On to push ups 75 reps later I can no longer push myself back up...can you say muscle failure.  I managed 175 sit ups and did not throw up like I wanted too.  Next came the easiest set for me, 220 squats.  I finished with a half mile run.  So again I ask, WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO?

I struggle daily with eating clean most of the time.  I am trying to find what works for me and live with it.  I plan on blogging what I eat, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Sounts like you you got yourself into a KILLER program. So exciting!

Think of it this way, if the initiation was easy, then you wouldn't be needing the program. :) Hang on in there and I'm sure you'll see results.
