My legs are still sore from Saturday's workout. I ate clean yesterday. Planning really is the key to success! I am going to play some tennis today and hopefully shop for Thanksgiving dinner. My little man is off of school this week. We may try and see Bolt sometime this week. I am trying not to feel overwhelmed by the holidays and just live in the now.
So here is my meal plan for today :-)

- M3 Grilled chicken wrap with hummus and red bell pepper
- M4 Shredded Chipolte Chicken with black beans and brown rice
- M5 Vanilla Power Pudding (yogurt, vanilla protein powder)
