Day 8

My legs are still sore from Saturday's workout.  I ate clean yesterday.  Planning really is the key to success!  I am going to play some tennis today and hopefully shop for Thanksgiving dinner.  My little man is off of school this week.  We may try and see Bolt sometime this week.  I am trying not to feel overwhelmed by the holidays and just live in the now.

 So here is my meal plan for today :-)

  • M1 Whipped Banana Oatmeal and 4 egg whites
  • M2 Honey Crisp apple and almonds
  • M3 Grilled chicken wrap with hummus and red bell pepper
  • M4 Shredded Chipolte Chicken with black beans and brown rice
  • M5 Vanilla Power Pudding (yogurt, vanilla protein powder)
  • 1,683 25/42/33
