Today's workout:

  • 1/4 mile of walking lunges - OMG!
  • 1 mile run - for the first 1/4 mile I could not feel my legs

My eating has really been awful. I know that things could go downhill very quickly if I don't start planning my meals again. So here is my meal plan for tomorrow.

  • M1 Julie's Berry Spinach Smoothie
  • M2 Lemon Herbed Chicken, broccoli slaw
  • M3 Egg white hummus wrap, red bell pepper strips
  • M4 Shredded Chipotle Chicken with beans and rice
  • M5 Apple, almonds
  • Calories 1,539 24/38/38
