Day 4

Tuesday evening after my first A.C.E. workout I was not really feeling any muscle soreness. I was thinking that maybe I did not push myself hard enough...fast forward to Wednesday morning. Every muscle in my body was sore and I had a giant raw spot near my tail bone where a seam had rubbed during the 220 sit ups!!! I played a tennis match Wednesday and felt good once I warmed up. We lost the tennis match but it was fun.

This morning I woke up looking forward to and dreading the ACE workout #2. I was another killer workout. It went something like this.

  • Warmup - jog

8 sets 20 seconds as many reps as you can 10 seconds rest
  • Push press 20#
  • Squats hold at bottom for 10 sec rest - legs were on fire!
  • Push ups hold at top for 10 sec rest - I hate push ups :-P
  • Burpies - yea right
  • Jump squats onto 24" high step - HR realy got high on this one :-)
  • Sit ups from a seated inner thigh stretch - had to substitute with crunches because of the sore on my butt :-O

I am embarrassed to post my meals, but I guess that is why I should!
