  • M2-Turkey, spinach, whole grain wrap, yellow mustard
  • M3-Zone Bar
  • M4-EFL Artichoke Chicken Salad
  • M5-Blueberry Power Yogurt


WORKOUT:

  • 9am - 1 hr 30 min Tennis Clinic
  • 6:30pm - 1 hr Beginners Yoga


Tomorrow is week one weigh-in and picture :-P
